About the event
Two bold food cultures meet for one night only.
Salsa & Sambal is an intimate, social, chef-led supper club experience exploring the flavours Mexico and Indonesia have in common: chilli, smoke, citrus, corn, coconut, fermentation and plenty of character. Expect six thoughtfully created courses, a small group of new friends and a relaxed shared-table setting designed for easy conversation. This is not a traditional restaurant dinner. It is a night made to be experienced from beginning to end.
This is a curated set-menu experience. The menu contains shellfish, dairy and nuts. Due to the nature of the menu, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, ingredient substitutions or food allergies for this event. Please only book if you are comfortable with the menu and the allergens listed above.
